It offers high-beef cattle and Galician Veal. Its Galician Veal meat varies from light pink, for beef, up to a light red, in the case of mutton. It provides meat from young animals (sacrifice with less than ten months), mainly from the Galician Blonde breed and crosses. It has its active operations within the country.
